Globitos with carrot cream

  • 5 Carrots
  • ¾ of Onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cup of Milk
  • ½ cup of vegetable broth
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • Basil: to taste
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 package of Dondé´s Globitos


  1. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
  2. On a tray place the previously peeled and cut carrot, the tomatoes, the onion and the garlic. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season to your liking.
  3. Bake for 15 min.
  4. Put everything on the tray in a blender, add the basil, the vegetable broth, the milk, the sour cream and blend until it takes on a smoother consistency.
  5. In a frying pan or pot, put the butter and when it is melted add the mixture and cook for 10 minutes until it boils, season it.
  6. Serve accompanied by Dondé´s Globitos.
