Bizcochitos with peanut dip

  • ½ cup of peanuts
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 2 tablespoons of chipotle chili marinade
  • 1 package of Dondé Bizcochitos crackers


  1. Lightly toast the peanuts in a pan without oil. Let it cool down.
  2. Blend the toasted peanuts, cream cheese, chipotle marinade, onion and garlic.
  3. Taste and add salt and pepper.
  4. Serve accompanied by Bizcochitos crackers.
