Ingredients

• 2 tsp. finely ground coffee
• 1⁄2 c. of water
• 1 c. of milk
• 1 pack of Globitos Dondé

Method

1. Heat the water in a small pot until it starts to boil. Remove from the fire.
2. Incorporate the coffee and let infuse for 5 minutes.
3. Heat the milk until it starts to smoke, remove from the fire, serve in a jar and reserve.
4. Pour the coffee in a cup or cup, up to about 1/4 of its capacity.
5. Add the hot milk, step up the jar slowly to help the foam form.
6. Sweeten with sugar or sweetener of your preference.
7. Accompany with cookies Globitos Dondé.
