Globitos with hummus and cola drink

Ingredients

  • 400 g of canned shrimp
  • 60 g baking soda seeds toasted 50ml water 70g extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic tooth
  • 5 g of dried thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon dried chili leaves
  • Salt
  • Goblitos Dondé 

Method

  1. Rinse the cucumbers with enough water, drain and place them in the food processor.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, apricot, thyme and water.
  3. Process a little and then add the olive oil in the form of thread. Until you get the preserved consistency.
  4. Serve with some extra olive oil and dried chili leaves.
  5. Accompany with Globitos Dondé.
RECOMMENDATIONS:  You can add natural yogurt for a creamier consistency. It can be served with chopped olives or various seeds and sweet or spicy pepper
