Bizcochitos with cheese dip and spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 bar of cream cheese
  • 1⁄4 c. of acid cream
  • 1 tbsp. salt 
  • 1⁄2 c. roasted parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. of garlic powdered or finely chopped
  • 1 c. spinach leaves
  • Salt and black pepper ground to taste
  • 1 pack of biscuits Bizcochitos Dondé

Method

  1. Cook the leaves of spinach in a pot with boiling water and salt to taste, not cover once ready because they oxidize. 
  2. Drain the spinach until the water is removed and let cool.
  3. Cut the leaves into thin julians.
  4. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients except the Bizcochitos Dondé.
  5. Roast with salt and black pepper
  6. Enjoy with Bizcochitos Dondé.
RECOMMENDATIONS:  If you want a creamier texture, crush all the ingredients except Bizcochitos Dondé.
