Bizcochitos super with jalapeño dip

Ingredients

  • 4oz (120gr) of chopped Jalapeños.
  • 13.4oz (380gr) cream cheese
  • 190ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 200ml of grated cheddar cheese
  • 5.29oz (150gr) parmesan cheese
  • 1 package of Bizcochitos Súper Dondé cookies
Topping:
  • 1 cup Panko Bread
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • 3.52oz (100gr) Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until fluffy. 
  3. Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and chopped jalapenos, mix until combined.
  4. Spread into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients. 
  6. Sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  8. Serve with Bizcochitos Súper cookies and garnish with fresh parsley.
