Ingredients

1 pickled chipotle chile
½ cup of cream
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander.
1 package of Dondé´s Globitos

Method

1. Mix in the blender cream, mayonnaise, tomato puree, chipotle pepper and the salt and pepper, until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
2. Taste and if necessary add more chipotle, otherwise, place in a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy with Globitos Dondé.
