Globitos

Ingredients

  • 1 pickled chipotle chile
  • ½ cup of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander.
  • 1 package of Dondé´s Globitos

Method

  • 1. Mix in the blender cream, mayonnaise, tomato puree, chipotle pepper and the salt and pepper, until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  • 2. Taste and if necessary add more chipotle, otherwise, place in a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy with Globitos Dondé.
