Fresa Nieve in sandwich ice cream of strawberry and vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream 
  • 1⁄2 c. of colored dragees
  • 1 pack of Fresa Nieve Dondé

Method

  1. Place 16 Fresa Nieve Dondé in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Make small ice cream balls and put on 8 Fresa Nieve Dondé.
  3. Place another Fresa Nieve Dondé on each one, crush a little and remove the excess with a knife.
  4. Decorate with graceful colours, accommodate in a tray and freeze for another hour.
  5. Serve as dessert or snack on hot days.
RECOMMENDATIONS:  Use ice cream of different flavors to have more variety and keep frozen for up to a month.
