Ingredients

  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1.76oz (50gr) of shredded coconut
  • 1.76oz (50gr) condensed milk
  • 8 Coco Nieves Dondé cookies 
  • Ice to taste
  • White chocolate, quantity needed
  • Shredded coconut to decorate
  • Whipped cream to decorate

Method

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals until completely melted. Place the milkshake glass upside down over the chocolate to coat the edges and then frost in shredded coconut. Reserve in the freezer.
  2. In a blender put ice, coconut milk, shredded coconut, condensed milk and 4 Coco Nieves cookies, blend until all ingredients are incorporated. Taste and adjust flavor. 
  3. Add the milkshake in the frosted glass and garnish with whipped cream, coconut and 2 Coco Nieves cookies.
Recommendation: If you want a sweeter milkshake, you can add more condensed milk or sugar.
