1960 / NEW FACTORY AT COLÓN AND ITZAES AVENUES
In the 1960s, brothers and engineers Alejandro and Carlos Gómory Rivas became actively involved in the company’s operations, increasing the number of production lines and, consequently, the installed capacity.
In 1960, a new factory was built at the intersection of Colón and Itzaes Avenues in Mérida. For its time, it featured some of the most advanced technology and largest facilities in the region.
