Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals until completely melted. Place the milkshake glass upside down over the chocolate to coat the edges and then frost in shredded coconut. Reserve in the freezer.
In a blender put ice, coconut milk, shredded coconut, condensed milk and 4 Coco Nieves cookies, blend until all ingredients are incorporated. Taste and adjust flavor.
Add the milkshake in the frosted glass and garnish with whipped cream, coconut and 2 Coco Nieves cookies.
Recommendation:If you want a sweeter milkshake, you can add more condensed milk or sugar.
