Bizcochitos super with spinach dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • ½ tsp sugar 
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder or finely chopped garlic 
  • Spinach leaves
  • Ground black pepper to taste 
  • 1 package of Bizcochitos Súper Dondé cookies

Method

  1. Cook the spinach leaves in a pot with boiling water and salt to taste. Do not cover once ready because they oxidize. Drain the spinach to remove the water and let it cool.
  2. Chop the leaves.Mix in a bowl all the ingredients (mayonnaise, cream cheese, spinach, salt, sugar, garlic and pepper).
  3. Incorporate in a bowl together with the spinach and Parmesan cheese in an enveloping way.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until serving time. 
  5. Serve with Bizcochitos Súper Dondé cookies.
RECOMMENDATIONS:  If you want a creamier texture, blend all the ingredients (mayonnaise, cream cheese, spinach, salt, sugar, garlic and pepper) in a blender.
